Cathy joined the Brown Real Estate Group in 2019 as our dedicated Transaction Coordinator and made an immediate impact. This role marks her second career, following an impressive 39-year tenure in the Title Insurance and Escrow industry. As a Senior Escrow Officer, Cathy successfully managed escrows for a wide range of properties, from Below-Market-Rate condominiums to multi-million-dollar commercial buildings. She is adept at working with first-time buyers, long-time homeowners, seasoned investors, developers, and attorneys.

Cathy’s extensive experience and knowledge in the title insurance and escrow fields includes a broad network of contacts within San Francisco’s title insurance companies making her an invaluable asset in complex transactions.

She brings exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication, and patience to each transaction, ensuring a smooth workflow and a complete, compliant file. Cathy is also a Certified Transaction Coordinator through the California Association of Realtors (CAR).
